AREA Advisory successfully raises AUD 750 million portfolio for a major pension fund.
2015 - 2016
Established the first Malaysian Industrial Development Fund with an initial value of USD 150 Million

Construction commences on AREA Logistics @ Ampang , Malaysia’s first inner city 3 level logistics center

Alpha-REIT Malaysia’s First private shariah compliant REIT is established
2020 - 2021
AREA Logistics @ Ampang receives its CCC and is open for business. Fully leased by Q1 2021 (despite COVID 19 lockdowns).
2022 - 2023
COMPASS @ Kota Sri Langat industrial park is officially launched. Construction commences in Q1 2023
